Sylvester Stallone has revealed that while filming “Rocky IV,” he was subjected to some significant blows from Dolph Lundgren and had to be taken to the hospital.

According to the actor, he was flown from Canada to the intensive care unit at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, California, where he stayed for four days. He claimed he was taken in a “low altitude flight.”
“I’m in ICU, and the only other people here are nuns,” he claimed. “I was then obligated to return to the arena and finish the battle.”
According to Stallone, the hit to the chest delivered by Lundgren while playing the massive Soviet boxer Ivan Drago is included in the film.
